Organize Your Jewelry With A Dollar Tree Splatter Screen

Okay, so your jewelry collection is a total mess, tangled up in a drawer or stuffed in a box. At the Dollar Tree, pick up a splatter screen with a removable center knob, a round mirror, and a little stand. If you’ve got a ton of necklaces, grab a couple packs of those clear plastic display hooks too. If you don’t want the mirror, you can just cover the hole in the center with a decorative element instead.

Grab some strong craft glue and a gold (or any color you like) spray paint from another store. You’ll also need a Phillips screwdriver, sandpaper, and some alcohol wipes to prep the surfaces before painting.

Jewelry holders get a lot of use, so make sure the paint job lasts by prepping the surfaces first. Unscrew the knob from the back of the splatter screen, then lightly sand and wipe down all the pieces you’ll be painting. Paint the screen, stand, and hooks separately before assembling everything.
